ACCOMMODATION RULES
/ Accommodation Agreement /

The accommodation agreement is concluded in accordance with Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Sections 754 to 759, the Civil Code, as amended.
 

  1. Each accommodated guest is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with the Accommodation Rules of the Hotel Švejk Bublava, which are displayed in the area of the reception hall and included in the advertising folder placed in each room.
     
  2. The accommodation provider is entitled to refuse to accommodate persons who fail to meet the conditions of the Accommodation Rules, fail to present valid identification cards, are drunk or heavily stained, behave rudely, etc.
     
  3. The accommodated person is entitled to familiarize himself/herself with the condition and level of the accommodation premises.
     
  4. The accommodated person is obliged to use the premises, which were assigned to him/her for the purposes of accommodation, in accordance with the Accommodation Rules and he/she shall not perform any modifications to the premises without the consent of the accommodation provider /e.g. rearrange the furniture and similar/.
     
  5. The accommodated person is entitled to also use the common areas of the accommodations facilities and to use the services which are associated with the accommodation.
     
  6. The accommodated person shall not use the accommodation premises or common areas in the manner contradictory to usual ways of use. Repeated or gross violations of the Accommodation Rules will result in the cancellation of the accommodation.
     
  7. When leaving the room, the accommodated person shall close all windows and lock the room.
     
  8. The damage incurred to the accommodation facilities or common areas shall be paid on spot by the accommodated person before his/her leaving.
     
  9. The accommodation and services used in association with the accommodation shall be paid by the accommodated person in cash or by credit card upon being presented with an invoice.
     
  10. Cancellation conditions and deadlines: The hotel undertakes not to charge any fees in the event that the person cancels his/her binding reservation no later than 30 days prior to the announced arrival.

 

  1. In the case of failing to meet this condition, the deposit will not be refunded.
     
  2. The sign-in in the accommodation facilities is only possible no sooner than at 3 pm on the day of arrival.
     
  3. The accommodation premises shall be vacated by the accommodated person no later than at 11 am on the day of departure. In the case that this deadline is exceeded, the accommodated person shall be charged for an additional day.
     
  4. The reception is obliged to keep the room reserved for the guest until 6 pm on the day of arrival, unless the guest informed the reception about his/her late arrival.
     
  5. In the accommodation facilities, the accommodated person may only use low-wattage electrical appliances /e.g. electric shavers, electric hair curlers, mobile phone chargers, camcorders, etc./.
     
  6. The prices stated in the price list include breakfast and VAT.
     
  7. Visits in the rooms are only allowed between 3 pm and 10 pm with the consent of the reception staff who shall record the identity of the visit on the basis of a valid identification card into the hotel guestbook.
     
  8. The accommodation provider is liable for any jewellery, money and other valuables demonstrably brought into the hotel only up to the amount of CZK 1,000 /in words: one thousand Czech crowns/. However, if the damage was caused by any of the hotel employees, the accommodation provider shall reimburse the accommodated person for the damage incurred in full amount.
     
  9. The accommodation provider is obliged to issue an invoice for all payments made by the accommodated guests.
     
  10. The guests are obliged to respect the night-time peace and quiet from 10 pm to 6 am.
     
  11. Breakfasts are served in the hotel restaurant between 8 am and 10 am.
     
  12. The complaints procedure rules of the establishment shall be used to resolve complaints.
